ABOUT ME
Hula hooping changed my life. As a shy kid struggling with weight and confidence, I found a sense of identity and empowerment in the hoop. With practice, I got fit and came out of my shell. Hooping became my passion and escape and the perfect icebreaker for chatting with people across the world.
I'm on a mission to help others discover the joy and benefits of hula hoop fitness, and to experience the same lifestyle transformation that I did.
